Alan is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and received his J.D. Degree from the Wyoming College of Law.  He also did a semester abroad studying in Tokyo, Japan with the Temple University School of Law.  Alan recently joined the District Attorney’s Office and his primary duty is to prosecute felony cases which have been assigned to Circuit Judge Brian P. Howell.
